This time Dan had a gig here, so we tried the new "Bon pour la santé" menu in the same Chinese restaurant.
Entrance
Red and black theme.
A pretty nice Rosé from Lubéron.
Perfect for a hot summer afternoon and always pairing well with Asian Cuisine such as Chinese or Indian food.
Opened one bottle and brought one back to try with my family.
The "Pu-Er" tea wasn't bad, either.
A big portion of tofu kind of stuff (豆乾)
Enough for at least four.
Steamed fish, quite good, and shell fish.
Soup with Chinese herbs.
Steamed multi-grain rice with pumpkin.
Filet mignon with popped rice cracker behind it.
Greens.
Sweet soup with white mushroom (銀耳), Chinese red plum and pear.
Fruits.

Room Part:
Got too excited by the Lubéron Rosé then Chris (the same friend who invited us last time)'s endless Moët, we had to stay a night here instead of becoming dangerous drunk drivers.
The design here is modern, bright, simple yet stylish.
The same coffee machine which we are using for years.
When the light is on, the glass becomes opaque, so you can't see through it.
This place is too good for a transit hotel. Chris sometimes organizes interesting wine tasting events as well. Definitely worth a visit if you happen to be nearby.
